If antidepressants cause birth defects in unborn babies, and commercials are rubbing that in your face on TV constantly, why does anyone assume they don’t affect a grown human negatively? It’s a controversial topic but I truly think eating healthy and exercising daily would be the smarter options over taking pills in most cases. I learned this the hard way. We are living in really weird (and unfortunately worsening) times if you haven’t noticed.

I don’t think a treadmill and a salad will fix the shit in my brain.
